All items that I sell are acquired in France and ship from France. All purchases are packed and shipped with extreme care. Because I adore everything I sell, I try to fully describe every item and welcome any questions about dimensions, condition or origin.
Payments are processed through PayPal. In some cases transactions take up to 3 days* to clear before item is prepared for shipment. You will receive an immediate confirmation from the site if your transaction has been completed and your purchase was sucessful.
* Please be aware that E-check payments through PayPal require 5 business days to clear before item is shipped.
Unless otherwise noted -- All items are shipped from FRANCE within 5 days of purchase.
First Class generally takes approx.10-15 business days to arrive but DELAYS sometimes occur due to customs or post complications beyond our control.
Very large or very fragile items may require specialty handing and packing and this may add up a little time to the pre-shipping process. I always keep buyers posted on status and known potential delays.
DHL International tracked shipping is an option for buyers, so please contact me if you are in a rush or prefer your shipment to be tracked. In some cases I might recommend that you insure your parcel and I will advise you on the option and cost to do this. A tracking number will be provided when shipping via DHL International, but NOT with standard First Class via La Poste.
LOSS OR DAMAGES
Regretfully if an item is LOST or DAMAGED in transit 'RABBIT HILL LIFESTYLE / SUNDAY BROCANTES' claims no responsibility or liability. (Insurance is available and added to shipping charges if elected by buyer, but filing a claim and attempting a reimbursement is the sole responsibility of the buyer)/
